We want you to be happy with SellerLoop. This policy explains how refunds work for paid subscriptions.

Free trial first

SellerLoop offers a free plan and a public demo, so you can evaluate every feature before paying. We encourage you to try before you subscribe.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your first purchase of a paid plan, contact us within 14 days of the initial payment and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Renewals

Subscription renewals are charged automatically. If you forgot to cancel and contact us within 7 days of a renewal charge without having materially used the Service in the new billing period, we will refund that renewal. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account or via the receipt email; cancellation stops future charges and your plan remains active until the end of the paid period.

How to request a refund

Email hello@getsellerloop.com from your account email with your order reference. Refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Payments are processed by our merchant of record; the refund will appear from them on your statement.

Exceptions

We may decline refund requests in cases of abuse (e.g. repeated purchase-refund cycles) or where required otherwise by law. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
