Our MOQ is 250 pieces per design. This is significantly lower than most Chinese factories (which require 1,000-3,000 minimum). We achieve this by batching multiple brands into single production runs.
Production typically takes 5-7 business days depending on the product type. Add 5-8 days for international DHL/FedEx shipping. Most orders arrive within 10-15 days door-to-door from order confirmation.
We accept credit/debit cards via secure payment link, or bank transfer (T/T) in USD. A Proforma Invoice is provided before payment for your records.
We provide free design proofing. Send us your artwork file and specifications, and we return a high-resolution proof within 24 hours. Our team will also flag potential printing issues (small fonts, color registration, etc.) before production.
We specialize in compliance-ready labels. Our team understands US (FTC) and EU (OEKO-TEX) labeling requirements. We'll advise on fiber content declarations, care symbols, and country-of-origin marking for each market you sell in.
Yes. We work with custom die cuts, folds, and shapes. There is typically a small additional setup fee for non-standard shapes. Discuss your requirements in the quote form.
Yes. Our sample pack is $29 USD and includes one sample of each main product type (woven label, hang tag, printed care label, embroidered patch). The $29 fee is credited toward your first production order.
We're not always cheaper per-unit at 10,000+ pieces. But at 250-500 pieces, factories either refuse the order or charge 2-3x more. We batch multiple brands into single runs, reducing your per-unit cost while maintaining quality. Plus: English communication, QC on your behalf, and card payment.
We guarantee quality. If your order arrives with defects, we'll rework or refund. We personally inspect every batch before shipment and include QC photos with tracking.
